Redwood Home Return & Reselection Policy
At Redwood Home, we understand that choosing the right furniture for your home is an important decision. While we hope you love every piece you purchase, we also recognize that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit — whether due to style, comfort, or functionality. If that happens, we’re here to help guide you through the next steps.
To help ensure a smooth and efficient experience, our return and reselection policy follows three simple steps.
Step 1: Notify Us Within 48 Hours
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) to initiate a return or reselection request. This allows our team to promptly review your request and assist you as efficiently as possible.
Requests submitted after the 48-hour window are not eligible for return, reselection, or refund.
Step 2: Guided Support From Our Team
Once your request is received, a Redwood Home associate will work with you directly to guide you through the process.
- Returned item(s) must be brought back to Redwood Home within 7 days
- Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when received
If your reselected item is not immediately available, there may be a brief waiting period before your new item arrives.
Step 3: Item Review & Refund
After we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in original condition:
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
- Any delivery fees paid to third-party delivery providers will be deducted from the refund
To ensure fairness for all customers, each item is eligible for one exchange or reselection only.
Additional Information & Important Details
Return Location
All returns must be brought to your designated local warehouse.
Returns cannot be accepted at showroom locations.
Return Options
Customers are welcome to return items directly to their designated local warehouse at no additional cost.
If transporting the item yourself is not convenient, optional pickup assistance is available for a flat fee. This pickup fee covers the cost of sending our delivery team and equipment to retrieve the item.
Item Condition
Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was picked up or delivered. Items that are damaged, stained, or soiled are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Non-Refundable Charges
Original delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable.
Items Not Eligible for Return
This return policy does not apply to:
- Custom orders
- Floor samples
- Mattresses, bases, bedding, pillows, sheets, or mattress protectors
- Accessories
